Founder & Managing Director
The mastermind behind the brand, Sahil caught the entrepreneurial bug early in life when he started his first venture alongside his aunt. This gave Sahil a deep understanding of the packaged foods industry.
Like any early-stage founder, Sahil is intrinsically involved in almost every function of the business. Sahil has a passion for exploring different foods, and thus he founded Waffle Mill with a dream of making it Indias one-stop Waffle shop.

Co-Founder & Director
An Information and Technology graduate from Brunel University, Ali is not
only a multi-tasker but also a dedicated serial entrepreneur.
Be it expanding Waffle Mill’s distribution across different cities or focusing on relationship management; Ali is always booming with out-of-the-box ideas and is the brains behind all our offline activities.
NEHA MISTRY
Co-Founder & Head of Product Development & Quality Control
Neha is our in-house waffle expert and the product wiz who created our best-selling Waffle Chips. After graduating top of her class with a B. Tech in Food Technology from Shivaji University, Neha did her training at ITC, PepsiCo and Oberoi flight services.
She has 8+ years of experience exclusively in the research and development of waffles which has led her to being the foremost waffle specialist in India.
