CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We understand the value of your time, effort and comfort in making purchases and have therefore mentioned the cancellation & refund policy.
CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER
A customer might cancel an order within 5 working hours since the order has been placed. In no situation will the customer be allowed to cancel an order post confirmation of an order by our team.
RETURN & REFUNDS
For products shipped by us we will gladly accept the return of packages only if a customer intimates our team within 24 hours post delivery of the product. Please note on account of hygiene reasons some products are not eligible for returns.
Refund/Return policy will only be processed in a situation that the products received are bad, have spoiled or taste differently. This is given to a limit of 24 hours post delivery. Any notice given by a customer post 24 hours from delivery shall not be entertained.
Refunds will be processed through the same online mode within 7 working days.
